Cold dyeing technology of special color of reactive dyes

The basic properties of reactive turquoise blue with reactive brilliant blue, belongs to the category of temperature reactive dye, but there is a strong "personality in the practical performance".
For example, because it is the reactive turquoise blue, copper phthalocyanine type vinyl sulfone dye, high molecular weight, severe lack of linear, so its diffusion capacity is very poor, the reaction ability is very weak, deep difficulties, poor fastness. Because of this, the dyeing process, with the weak alkaline alkali as the solid alkali agent, must adopt high temperature (80 degrees) to absorb the color, solid color. If at moderate temperature (60 degrees), it absorbs and fixates, or absorbs at high temperature (80 degrees), and it is fixed at middle temperature (60 degrees), it must use alkaline phosphate sodium three or compound alkali (soda ash + caustic soda) as the fixing agent. Practice shows that the diffusion rate only to improve active blue with the rate of solid color, solid color depth and achieve good leveling effect, high penetration, and better color fastness.
The reactive brilliant orchid is an anthraquinone vinyl sulphone dye. Its maximum performance characteristic is special sensitivity to salt and alkali. In the alkaline solution, because 3- hydroxyethyl sulfone sulfate hydrophilic dye, will happen quickly "elimination" (sulfate ester shedding), but the reaction to hydrophobic vinylsulfonyl strong activity. In the initial stage of dyed dyeing and alkali fixation, the "sudden dye" phenomenon of the dye is severe, and the phenomenon of "condensation" is prominent (especially when the concentration of the dielectric is high). It is easy to produce uneven opacity, or even because of excessive dye aggregation and precipitation, the liquor produced "bad soup" leads to failure of dyeing.
Therefore, with reactive turquoise blue X-BR used in cold rolling of low temperature, strong alkaline batch dyeing, the process conditions must exist with other reactive dyes of different requirements.
